Kind, helpful, dependable, easy going
Tootsie is a good example to others and has done lots in her years in garden club.
Teaches art/activities at Good Shepherd Home, Active at High St United Methodist Church, teaches Barn Quilt painting, and coordinates community painting projects for Fostoria Area Visitors Bureau.
Creative, community-minded, energetic, caring, funny
Bev is a positive force in our community. She brings joy to everyone she meets. In collaboration with Fostoria Area Visitors Bureau, her barn quilt painting and project coordination skills helped bring “The Barn Quilts on Main” to downtown Fostoria with the help of many community members she collaborated with.

Caring, compassionate, dedicated, community-minded
Teresa Lee has been a dedicated public servant in Fostoria for decades, a friend, mentor and confidant to many over the years and is an active and beloved member of her hometown community of Fostoria, Ohio. Teresa has proven to be a dedicated servant of St. Wendelin Catholic Parish and School, serving as cafeteria manager for 23 years, as well as a church organist and choir member. Teresa would be a fantastic Snow Queen!
