Local attorney speaks on court vacancy | Review Times The ordinance was provided to the A-T by Tiffin City Law Director Brent Howard. The ordinance, which was passed at its second reading in council, states that per ORC 1901.10 parts B and C Repp's seat was eligible for vacancy because he was absent from official duties for more than 6 months. Repp was suspended from practicing law and suspended from judicial office following a November 9, 2021, decision by the Ohio Supreme Court.
