Delay the Disease is a community based fitness program designed to empower people with Parkinson's disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. Class is instructed by certified fitness professionals from Mercy Health, P.T. Services Rehabilitation, Inc. Craft Creations — Paper Quilling, 5 p.m., Garlo Heritage Nature Preserve, 6777 S. SR 19, Bloomville. Join Linda Rose as we learn the art of paper quilling, or paper curling, and create your own picture. All supplies provided. Registration required at least 24 hours in advance of the program. Thursday Cardio Drumming 50+,8 a.m., Allen Eiry Center, 28 Hopewell Ave., Tiffin. This is a great cardio exercise that can be done by standing or sitting. Open to anyone 50 years of age and older that is a member of the AEC. The cardio drumming classes are led by Brandie Gruss. For ages 18 to 36 months with adult companion, join Linda Rose as we walk the trail learning about looking and listening for signs of spring through stories, songs and puppets. The Youth Services Department is excited to virtually host Fun Fridays every Friday in April at 4 p.m. on the library's Facebook page and YouTube channel.
