Photos obtained, unknown when this occurred.• Male caller reported a suspicious vehicle near the AEP equipment on West County Road 28. Appears to be a pickup truck with a green neon light in the back. Contacted AEP to verify if they have workers in the area at this time; advised they do not have any workers or outages reported in the area. Unable to locate.
