A Findlay massage parlor owner was indicted this week for promoting prostitution, a fourth-degree felony.

The charge against Xin Song, 48, is related to a February search of a massage parlor at 825 Tiffin Ave., Hancock County Prosecutor Phil Riegle said.

It’s not related to this week’s search of a different Tiffin Avenue massage parlor, Riegle said.

Both searches were jointly carried out by Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force and the Findlay Police Department.

In other indictments, Gilbert O.R. Feliciano, 22, of Findlay, was indicted for felonious assault, a second-degree felony, with a firearm specification. Feliciano allegedly hit a man with a pistol on Aug. 25 in Liberty Township. The victim was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of a cut on his cheek.

Joshua A. Knisley, 43, of Fostoria, was charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for injuring another man. The men did not know each other and Riegle believed the assault was related to a “traffic encounter.”

Ryan A. Purkey, 36, of Fostoria, was charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing a Findlay woman’s First Federal card on May 17 in Findlay.

Jonathan V. Steiner, 21, of Bluffton, was charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony, for an alleged incident Aug. 20 involving a Bluffton woman’s debit card.

Larry A. Norway, 57, of Findlay, faces two counts of receiving stolen property, both fifth-degree felonies, for allegedly having a debit card and a Lowe’s Advantage card belonging to other people on Aug. 18 in Findlay.

Andre I. Rogers, 38, of Mount Blanchard, was indicted for theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly stealing another person’s medication on Aug. 16 in Delaware Township.

Cameron Q. Morris, 19, of McComb, was charged with breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, for an alleged incident July 27 in Pleasant Township.

Leanna M. Boggs, 28, of Findlay, was indicted for theft from a person in a protected class, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly taking less than $1,000 in cash from an elderly Findlay resident on July 21.

Ramon F. Sierra, 27, of Findlay was charged with two counts of counterfeiting, both fourth-degree felonies, for an alleged incident June 27 involving fake $50 bills.

Seven people were indicted for drug possession.

Travis E. Thomas, 52, of Findlay, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on June 11 in Findlay.

Richard A. Meeks, 50, of Findlay, was indicted for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing less than 1 gram of fentanyl on May 27 in Findlay.

Cassandra A. Stuard, 27, of Findlay, was charged with possession of hashish, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing between 2 and 10 grams of hashish in a liquid extract or liquid distillate form on Feb. 3 in Findlay.

Tanner E. Iliff, 39, of Bloomdale, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, for possessing between one and five times the bulk amount of methamphetamine on May 14 in Findlay.

Steven J. Tellez, 31, of Forest, was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of heroin, both fifth-degree felonies. He allegedly possessed fentanyl and heroin on June 3 in Findlay.

Billy Brumbaugh, 41, of Bradner, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing less than 5 grams of the drug on June 4 in Findlay.

Michael Lohman, 50, of Findlay, was indicted for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having less than 5 grams of cocaine on June 4 in Findlay.

Five secret indictments have been released recently.

Tonya L. Gipson, 27, of Findlay, was indicted on two counts of trafficking in cocaine and one count of trafficking in heroin, all fourth-degree felonies. She allegedly sold less than 5 grams of cocaine on Oct. 11 and Nov. 1, 2018, and less than 1 gram of heroin on Nov. 1, all within 1,000 feet of Heritage Christian School in Findlay.

Benjamin F. Zehender, 29, of Findlay, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fourth-degree felonies. He allegedly sold oxycodone on May 23 and June 7, 2017, in Findlay.

Adron L. Smith, 45, of Toledo, faces two counts of trafficking in cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies. Smith is suspected of making sales of less than 5 grams on April 15 and 24 in Findlay.

Shelli K. Parks, 57, of Findlay, was indicted for trafficking in cocaine, a fourth-degree felony. She allegedly sold less than 5 grams of cocaine on Oct. 11, 2018, within 1,000 feet of Heritage Christian School in Findlay.

Tereal A. Jones, 27, of Findlay, was indicted for two counts of trafficking in cocaine, both fourth-degree felonies, for allegedly selling less than 5 grams of cocaine on March 11 and 14, within 1,000 feet of Jefferson Primary School in Findlay.
