INDIANAPOLIS — Scott Brickner, St. Wendelin’s assistant principal and athletic director, has received certified athletic administrator status from the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.
The NIAAA is a national professional organization that includes all 50 state athletic administrator associations and more than 7,600 individual members. The organization works in regard to the professional growth of high school administrators and the educational nature of interscholastic sports.
The voluntary certification process includes an evaluation of the candidate’s educational background, experience and professional contributions, as well as performance on a written examination.
