Nagy faces drug charges

A Wayne man was recently indicted by the Wood County Grand Jury on two counts of drug possession.
Tyler J. Nagy, 24, of Wayne, is charged with two counts of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. He was indicted out of Wood County Court of Common Pleas July 17, records state.
According to his indictments, Nagy allegedly obtained, possessed or used the controlled substance “in an amount less than one gram” on or about June 6 and June 23. He is scheduled to appear before Judge Reeve Kelsey at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 8 for a pre-trial conference.
If convicted of the charges, Nagy could face up to two years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.
