A male subject was transported to the hospital Monday night after his foot was cut off while jumping off a train along Columbus Avenue.
Radio traffic about 8:30 p.m. indicated a man jumped from a rail car and his foot was cut off. Fostoria Police Department and Fostoria Fire Division responded to the scene. The man was transported to the emergency room of ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.
No further information on the incident was available at presstime.
