• Bryan D. Havermale was arrested on a warrant out of Wood County. No further information was available.
• One juvenile was in custody for unknown reasons.
Thursday:
• Vincent Avant Williams, 33, 1123 Francis Ave. Apt. 2, was arrested after a traffic stop on Perrysburg Road and North Countyline Street. Officer advised the K9 officer logged a positive indication of drugs.
• An unidentified subject was in custody for a CPO violation following a traffic stop at Nichols Street and Columbus Avenue.

• Officer issued a citation for a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at South Poplar and East Lytle streets.
• Officer advised he issued a citation for possession of drugs following a traffic stop at South Wood and West Lytle streets.
• Officer issued citations for possession of drugs and no operators license following a traffic stop at East Lytle and State streets.
• Officer issued a minor misdemeanor for paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Nichols Street and Columbus Avenue.

• Complainant reported someone had attempted to gain access to a North Union Street residence; requested a report be on file.

Thursday:
• Caller reported the tire on her vehicle was poked with something to make it go flat while she was parked at a Stearns Road location; advised she was gone for a period of time and doesn’t know when it happened; requested a report be on file.
• Complainant reported someone had attempted to gain access to a North Union Street residence; requested a report be on file.

Friday:
• Tiffin Police Department requested officer be on the lookout for a vehicle; advised they allegedly egged a Tiffin residence and the resident chased them into Fostoria and lost them; officer was advised to ID subjects inside if vehicle is found.
• A report of an alarm sounding alerted officers to West Tiffin Street. Officer advised the alarm was found in the trash.
• Caller advised of small kids outside at a South Wood Street location laughing and having fun. Officer advised he spoke with a subject who advised the kids were outside with parental supervision but were inside now.
• Complainant advised of a male subject on a bench praying at a North Wood Street location. Officer advised the male subject said he was praying out loud outside as to not disturb the female subject praying inside the church.
• Caller advised his West North Street neighbor’s residence is vacant but he heard a bang and saw a flash light out of the back. Officer advised the house was secure and no one was out back.
• Complainant came on station with a canine she found on East Fremont Street. Officer advised the dog was impounded.
Thursday:
• Complainant advised of juveniles shooting BB guns at houses at a Seneca Avenue location. Officer advised he spoke with the juveniles who were blaming each other; advised parents of the complaint.
• Caller advised of a female juvenile riding her bike in the roadway at Thomas and North Union streets. Officer advised unable to locate.
• Complainant advised of a male subject that appeared to be messing with a phone box at North Caples and McDougal streets. Officer advised unable to locate.
• Caller advised she heard what sounded like a single gun shot in the area of West North and North Adams streets. Officer advised area was checked and unable to locate.
• A Columbus Avenue caller advised of a suspicious vehicle that pulled into a driveway in the area and subjects scattered out of it. Officer advised the residence was secure.

Friday:
• Fostoria Fire Division responded to a pull fire alarm in the 700 block of Columbus Avenue at 5:14 a.m.
• EMS responded at 5:14 a.m. for a subject in respiratory distress in the 700 block of Columbus Avenue.
• At 6:18 a.m., EMS was requested for an elderly male subject with low blood pressure who was disoriented in the 700 block of Columbus Avenue.
• EMS responded to an unknown location at 8:50 a.m. for a subject who had fallen per request of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
• EMS was requested to the 500 block of Sandusky Street at 1:43 p.m. for a female subject who had fallen.
Thursday:
• Squad was requested to the 700 block of Columbus Avenue at 8:37 p.m. for a male subject with right leg and hip pain.
• EMS was requested for an unknown reason at 11:27 p.m. to the 600 block of Jackson Avenue.

• Complainant came on station and advised she had a significant amount of prescription taken from her South U.S. 23 residence.

Friday:
• Complainant advised of two juvenile male subjects throwing a ball across the street into traffic near North Township Road 21 and West Hughes Street.
