Wayne man waives rights in infant son’s death case

A Wayne man charged in the death of his infant son has had his case sent to Wood County Court of Common Pleas.
James D. Henderson, 20, who is charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection to the May 17 death of a 3-month-old child, appeared before Bowling Green Municipal Court Judge Mark Reddin Wednesday.
According to municipal court records, Henderson waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday, binding his case over to Wood County.
Henderson is currently being held on a $1 million bond, according to court records. The records also indicate that Henderson has been on suicide watch.
