Pritt pleads not guilty to sex charge

A Fostoria man arrested last week on sex-related charges entered a plea of not guilty Thursday in Seneca County Common Pleas Court.
William A. Pritt, 50, 1140 N. TR 21, entered a plea of not guilty to charges of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, a second-degree felony, and voyeurism, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly photographing, filming, recording, and spying or eavesdropping on a minor child or ward in a state of nudity.
Pritt, who was indicted March 19, allegedly recorded the minor “for the purpose of sexually arousing or gratifying himself” on or about Aug. 25, 2013.
Judge Steve C. Shuff continued his $150,000 bond Thursday with no 10 percent allowed.
