The Findlay Highway Patrol Post, Hancock County Sheriff’s Office, and Findlay Police Department are teaming up to remove impaired drivers from Hancock County roadways over the holiday weekend.
With St. Patrick’s Day weekend on the horizon, all three agencies recognize the need to keep the roadways safe as motorist commute to and from their destinations. According to a news release, all three agencies will have extra units out enforcing the traffic laws and removing impaired drivers.
The concentrated efforts will focus on crash causing violations, safety belt enforcement, and impaired drivers. The efforts will run from Friday evening through Monday evening, the release states.
