Two of the three suspects charged in the late-May shooting death of a 20-year-old Janelle Mauricio of Fostoria will join their alleged accomplice in Seneca County Common Pleas Court.
Tyson J. Ogg, 18, transient, and Dallas A. Salaz, 19, were indicted on felony charges by the Seneca County Grand Jury Thursday in connection to the May 21 fatal shooting.
The bind over of Ogg and Salaz from Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court came two days after their alleged accomplice, 18-year-old Garrett N. Brown, had his case transferred from Seneca County Juvenile and Probate Court to the county, per request by the Seneca County Prosecutor’s Office.
Brown is charged with aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony; aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony; and, aggravated murder, a special felony.
