Red Cross director to help with landslide recovery

Todd James, executive director of the American Red Cross of Hancock, Seneca and Wyandot Counties, will be joining several hundred Red Cross disaster responders as part of the Oso, Wash. landslide disaster relief operation.

James will leave for Washington on Saturday and will serve as the manager of the public affairs team.

James said the Red Cross is providing shelter, food, water, emotional support and health services to Snohomish area residents.
