The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for northwestern Ohio until 4 a.m. Tuesday, as another storm hits the Midwest.
Snow and sleet have fallen, and snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches is possible overnight in Hancock County, the weather service said. It is breezy, with a south wind of 13 to 23 mph, becoming west after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 38 mph, the weather service said.
Temperatures are expected to warm into the upper 30s and lower 40s by mid-week, with rain likely Thursday afternoon and Thursday night. That forecast has prompted some concerns about flooding potential later this week.
